For over 30 years Empire Landing Surveying Inc. has been surveying the communities of North West Florida with a highly knowledgeable and experienced staff.  Empire Land Surveying Inc. is Pensacola’s top topographic, control and boundary land surveyor.  Our knowledgeable field crews are dispatched in modern vehicles and are equipped with the latest electronic total stations, data collectors, and hand held computers increasing accuracy and efficiency.  As a member of Florida Surveying and Mapping Society and Panhandle Chapter of Professional Surveyors and Mappers our President and owner Lee Empie works with a variety of residential and commercial clients, as well as numerous local municipalities to provide a timely and an accurate professional product.  Mr. Empie has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Civil Technology and has served in the U.S. Navy (Seabees) for four years as an Engineering Aide (EA).  His integrity and honesty have followed him throughout his professional career.  While in boot camp he was nominated as the “company” honor man and to quote his former employer, his “…surveying experience which gives him exceptional problem solving skills in field surveying and engineering.  These skills have given… an edge over other firms in Lee’s ability to correctly identify and solve problems.”  Mr. Empie has been very active locally in the Panhandle Chapter of Professional Surveyors and Mappers for 28 years.  Lee also served as the Chapter Treasurer and is the current the Past President.
